  • Combine the following ingredients in a blender:

  • 3 dates

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup (140 grams) of plain Greek yogurt

  • 20 almonds

  • Vanilla and cinnamon

  • 1 cup (240 mL) of almond or coconut milk
